I’m often asked why I’m such an Apple fan, my answer is always the same. Mac’s simply work for me.
Now I quote Jon Buys:
When you buy a Mac, you join a club. It’s more than simply owning a computer, it’s being part of the entire Apple ecosystem. Each part of each product is tied together to provide a seamless experience that brings together your electronics so you can get on with the business of living your life. Take photos, make movies, write a book, and do it all without worrying about how. This is the real reason for Apple’s customer satisfaction. Apple is a success story, and when you buy a Mac, in a small way, you become part of that story, too.
A useful method for rating my music in iTunes with stars has eluded me ever since the feature was introduced.
Here’s the method I’m currently using:
My goal is to rate every song in my library with this system. Unrated songs will be left unchecked, and won’t play in shuffle mode or get transferred to my iPod.
Ever wonder what you were listening to one, two, three, four, five or even ten years ago? Or ever wondered “have I really been listening to this album for that long?”
By setting two simple "Date Added" parameters in a "Smart Playlist"1, you can make a self-updating playlist of all the music you were listening to a given number of years ago.

You know which country I’m in, because you’re able to determine whether or not a video is available to be viewed where I am.
And since you know where I am, and what is and isn’t available for a location, how about you just don’t show me search results which aren’t available where I’m browsing from, instead of making me click through to every one in turn in order to discover via your helpful little message whether it’s available?
Interesting take on Get Satisfaction from the perspective of a company that already has their own customer support infrastructure.
If a company prefers to provide great support through their own channels, Get Satisfaction displays a notice to customers suggesting that they are:
Chuck Taylor® All Star®.
